Los Cerros student crowned champion of the Colombian Tennis Federation tournament.

Juan David Díaz, a student of Gimnasio de Los Cerros, belongs to the Bogotá Tennis League, has been practicing this sport since he was 4 years old and is consolidating himself as one of the great promises of the white sport.

Between January 27 and 29, the Bogota Tennis League organized the first tournament of the year of the Colombian Tennis Federation circuit. The tournament was held at the Country Club facilities and had the participation of 44 tennis players.

Juan David, 13 years old, played five matches, for a total of 14 hours and won 10/10 sets, winning the championship title.

"In all tournaments he has reached the final; but, this year, thanks to God and the fruit of his continuous training 5 days a week for the last three months, Juan achieved an important goal for his sporting life. His next participations in the Federation tournaments are: March 3, Club Guaymaral, grade 4; March 21, Club El Campín, grade 1, and March 28, at Club Serrezuela, grade 2", his mother, María Clemencia, told us.

Congratulations to Juan for his excellent participation!
