Eleventh grade student field trip

The Los Cerros Gymnasium conducted a field trip with the eleventh grade students, accompanied by teachers, to the upper basin of the Bogotá River, from its source to the municipality of Sesquilé. The focus of the work group was the physical-chemical and biological quality of the water resource and the impact generated by the communities that supply and use this important resource. Through this project, students have the opportunity to value the environmental, social and ethical implications of science.
